The society meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month September through to April with the Annual general Meeting in May.
Guest speakers are a highlight of the meetings which start at 8pm.
Meetings are held at the Mt. Waverley Community Centre corner Stephensons Rd and Miller Crescent Mt Waverley where there is ample off street parking.
The society holds its Annual Dahlia Show at the Mt. Waverley Community Centre with free entry to members and their partners.
This year it will be held on..:
At the October meeting a members tuber auction is held and at the November meeting a members green plant auction is held.
These auctions enable members to purchase dahlias at a great price.
The society also holds a public tuber auction at the start of November where the general public can purchase dahlias.
A coloured quarterly magazine is also posted to all members.
Come and see how Dahlias are planted & all your questions will be answered.
